This special 2-hour workshop is designed in two parts:
YANG: The first hour is focused on muscle building, endurance and flexibility. Each transition and posture is at the rhythm of conscious breathing, accompanied by music and small acrobatic challenges. By installing the hammock at hip-level, it allows an inverted decompression of the spine, as well as relaxation of the joints with an immediate sense of well-being.
YIN: In the second hour: The hammocks are installed less than a foot from the ground. Here, gravity is used to compliment unique and pleasing postures, held for 3 to 5 minutes each, this allows relaxation of the deep tissues. Feeling the floor so close to you not only brings comfort and security, but also allows you to be fully confident, and to surrender more readily to the present moment. You will come out amazed and completely relaxed. This is an experience you don’t want to miss!
