When I stepped into Modo Yoga Vaudreuil for the first time, I didn't know such a grand adventure was waiting for me - the progressive and fascinating discovery of a world where silence invite relaxation, where words incite movement, where movements make it possible to open and excel, where teachers guide, support, motivate, and inspire each practice. It's only the beginning when the class is over, as we take with us into the world, the power of our breath, positive thoughts and an increasingly optimistic outlook. It's an ongoing journey of evolution and delight. With my whole heart I welcome new discoveries, challenges, questions and insights that are continuously revealing themselves through my practice. Our DISCOVERY workshop is an introduction to the “WIM HOF METHOD” (The Iceman), designed to offer a taste of the practice before committing to a more comprehensive workshop.

About the speakers:
Marc Romain is an instructor specializing in breathing techniques and cold exposure. He has studied with the best experts in the world and is a certified instructor of four breathing methods: Wim Hof, Breatheology, Oxygen Advantage, and Pranayama.
He has spent the last 30 years traveling the world in search of entrepreneurial adventures, earning the nickname “adventurer entrepreneur”. Passionate about breathing and cold exposure for several years, he has set three world records related to breathing, breath-holding, and cold exposure.
Mathieu Dubreucq is a coach and trainer for Crossfit LLC and is more interested than ever in finding ways to generate better performance at all levels and ages.
By joining this workshops, you’ll benefit from his expertise and experience to discover the benefits of these breathing methods and learn effective techniques to improve your health, well-being, and performance

Modo Calm was designed to relax the body and quiet the mind. Each class offers a unique and peaceful experience by combining elements of Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation. You may be introduced to new postures and techniques, but this class remains accessible to all.
To make it even more soothing, live music and rhythms by our guest singer/musician are added at specific times during the practice.

Energy Exchangers (EE’s) are an integral part of our studio family – their passion and dedication is what makes our community so special. In exchange for working one 3,5 hour shift per week, either at the front desk or cleaning the studio, EE’s will receive unlimited yoga and lots of other perks!
Want to become a bigger part of our community in exchange for free yoga? You have initiative, love for yoga and 3,5 hours a week to spare? Our Energy Exchange program is for you! The only prerequisite to apply is that you have done the Intro Month at the studio!
